Q: “Do I have to be a master writer to get clients?”
A: No!
As a matter of fact, some clients prefer that you aren’t too stuck in your ways and can be flexible to learning the way they write.
For example, one of my first clients paid me to go through a blog writing course they had built because they wanted me to write blogs according to what they knew worked best for their business.
You couldn’t pay me enough these days to go through someone else’s course. Why? Because I’m a cranky ole’ 12 year veteran of the writing game. I’m stuck in my ways. Clients pay me now for my experience and skillset, but when I first started, it wasn’t like that at all.
The key is to understand and know here you are at, find out who is hiring those kinds of writers, and go get them as clients.
That’s exactly the kind of stuff we cover in the 90 Day Writer program.
